Dre,
Maybe this is something for you: http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm One of the fax templates has checkboxes which you can copy using the organizer. You will have to copy, two macros and two AutoText entries into your template to make it work though. You can also insert a check box form field, you must protect your document for forms before the check box will work though. If you don't have other form fields in your document, this is probably not what you want. You can activate the forms task bar to insert a check box form field. Luc "Dre" schreef in bericht ... There are a number of ways to create and use clickable checkboxes in
documents / templates. Some require protected or locked forms, others do not. Take a look at the Checkbox template available at http://www.addbalance.com/word/downl...#CheckboxAddIn for an exploration of these. -- Charles Kenyon Word New User FAQ & Web Directory: http://addbalance.com/word Intermediate User's Guide to Microsoft Word (supplemented version of Microsoft's Legal Users' Guide) http://addbalance.com/usersguide See also the MVP FAQ: http://www.mvps.org/word which is awesome! --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- --------- This message is posted to a newsgroup.
