I write a weekly newsletter for my village and always use 12 point Times
Roman type set left. People email me contributions for it in all sorts of types sizes and fonts. I cut and paste them in, then type Ctrl A to highlight the whole document and reset it to 12 point Times Roman. Then, when I continue typing, every so often without warning a completely different font or type size appears. It's usually at the beginning of a paragraph or after a carriage return and it's obviously some sort of hangover from the original emails I cut and pasted in. I would have thought I would have got rid of the old font style and type size but obviously not. Has anyone got any ideas how to shake the old font and type sizes out of my document permanently? thanx in advance Roger Corke |
