Your question provokes more questions. What do you mean by macro? Do
you mean some sort of wizardry that will enable you to push a button or
type of bit of text and presto a table sized and shaped just like you
like it will appear? In Word that is called AutoText and yes you can.

Create your table, select it, press ALT+F3 and name the entry. Insert
it using InsertAutoText or by using the AutoComplete AutoText feature.

If you mean VBA code to create, move, delete, add to, etc. a table then
the answer is still yes. What do you want to do?
