Default Converting an Excel document to Word

Hello,

I am trying to create an autotext for Word document.

The information i need for this is in an Excel document. it is also setup
in a table form that i would need to create the autotext, but it is in an
Excel form.

My question is: Is there any way to convert the Excel document to a Word
document and still keep it in a table form?

thank you for your time.

Copy edit paste special?
or
Save as CSV. Open that in Word then select and convert text to table (see
