The "Building Blocks" feature includes AutoText and much more. Put
another way, AutoText entries are only one specific kind of Building Block item. On the Insert ribbon, choose Quick Parts and select Building Block Organizer from the dropdown. In the organizer, look at the entries in the Gallery column. Besides the AutoText entries, there are Cover Pages, Equations, Headers, Footers, Page Numbers, etc. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit.
