When I insert an image into my document I cannot see the image on my screen.
I can see the placeholders but I cannot resize the image in any way. When the page is printed the image is present. |

Irene,
Try TOOLS OPTIONS VIEW and tick or untick selections you want. -- Brod "Irene" wrote in message ... When I insert an image into my document I cannot see the image on my screen. I can see the placeholders but I cannot resize the image in any way. When the page is printed the image is present. |

If you are working in Normal view, try switching to Print Layout view. If
you already in Print Layout view, then click on Tools | Options | View | check the "Drawings" box and uncheck the "Picture placeholders" box | Print | check the "Drawing objects" box | OK.
