Hi,
in Word2003, is it possible to extract the changes (edits and comments incl) and mail that separately to the original author for merging without having to mail the whole doc file. I work with huge files and if there are small changes it is a pain to mail the whole doc. I would rather email the small merge changes... Is it do-able? Thanks! popsi |

Using VBA is it possible to extract such items, but I am not sure that the
original author will be enthralled with receiving just that and having to work out where each bit goes. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
