Default Protected Form

I created a protected form. I would like to have the lower portion (set up
in a separate table) of the form unprotected, to allow users the ability to
delete a row, if necessary. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

Default Protected Form

Unprotect the form. Insert a section break between the two parts. Go
to the Tools Protect Document dialog (or task pane, depending on
version of Word). Select protection for forms. Click the Sections
button (or "Select sections" link). Uncheck section 2 to leave it
unprotected.
