I want to print a document with markups showing, in full size, portrait, as
shown in Print Preview. About half the time, it arbitrarily prints in landscape, with room for balloons. I have nearly identical documents in which I made the same revisions. One printed out as I wanted (full size with the new markups showing), but the other 2 printed in landscape. Have spent all morning looking for differences in the print menu -- with no luck. Not the first time this has happened. Halp!!! |

The settings are on the Track Changes tab of Tools | Options, but they
should be global, not per document, so I can't explain the difference in printing the two documents. -- Suzanne S.
