I need to compare previous saved versions of a document in Word, but I'm not
tracking changes. Is there any way to do this?

Open one version, click Tools Compare Documents, and select another
version.

Depending on your version of Word, this may or may not work well.
There are problems with large documents and with certain kinds of
tables.
