See http://www.gmayor.com/word_text_to_speech.htm . If you have the right
software installed, you can record any sound played on a PC, e.g. Advanced Sound Recorder - http://www.soundrecorder.net/ -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org saeed wrote: how MS Word read a text? can I save it as an audio file? |

What version of Office do you have? If using Office 2003 then "Speak"
is a function of Speech Recognition and the Language toolbar. Turn on your Language toolbar and locate the "Speak" command. Note you may need to open the Options menu (the down pointing arrow at the end of the toolbar) to add them to the toolbar. If you do not see the Language toolbar, go to Tools/Speech and click the Microphone command to turn speech recognition off if necessary. Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for assistance by email can not be acknowledged. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Beth Melton Microsoft Office MVP Word FAQ: http://mvps.org/word TechTrax eZine: http://mousetrax.com/techtrax/ MVP FAQ site: http://mvps.org/ "saeed" wrote in message ... how MS Word read a text? can I save it as an audio file? |
