Default How do I eliminate red strikethru marks on already tracked changes

I have a document with changes tracked only by myself. However, when I try
to revise the red tracked (underlined) changes, it appears as strikethrough
instead of just simply the red underlined text? Anyone suggestions on how to
eliminate the strikethrough? Thanks.

Tools | Options | Tracked Changes | Deletions | Make your selection there.
