Ctrl+A, then set tabs. Preferable to use styles, however, and set the tabs
in the styles.

I've only recently installed Microsoft 2007. I'm finding it troublesome
trying to find how to do just some basic things. Could you direct me to
where I can set tabs like in the previous edition of microsoft. I don't want
an indent and I'd like to set the precise location, not click here here and
maybe here....

Will the next edition of microsoft please please go back to having listed
options rather than the logos and wording which takes twice as long to find
what you are looking for?

To access the Tabs dialog, double click on the Ruler. Alternatively, on
the Home tab, click on the arrow at the right hand end of the Paragraph bar
and then click on Tabs in the Format Paragraph dialog that will then open.

Hope this helps.
