I'm switching from WordPerfect to Word and have hit a roadblock in Word's
Table. I can't seem to find the way to make a heading for a Word Table that will occupy a single cell on top of a multi-cell table. None of the table formats show a single cell heading example, or am I simply not pushing the correct buttons? Many thanks for your help in advance. |

Select the top row, right-click, and choose Merge Cells.
