Word 2002 When cutting and pasting from some sources such as IE when you paste into word it shuts down. Cutting and pasting text within Word works fine. Excel, etc., no problem. This happens to one user account on the p.c. only - a newly created user does not have the same problem. This suggests it is in that users settings - but where? n.b., both use the same normal.dot |

Two things. First, try the steps shown he
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/...peningWord.htm I would focus on the data key in the registry. Second, two users should NEVER use the same Normal.dot file.
