Grid lines in my table will not hide. I have MS Word 2002.

Are they ruled lines? Word 2002 sets up a ruled table by default, called
Table Grid. Go to Table | Insert Table and then Autoformat. Scroll down the list until you see Table Normal. You may want to set this as the default too. Does this solve your problem? -- Rae Drysdale "applejack" wrote: Grid lines in my table will not hide. I have MS Word 2002. |

If they are gridlines, then from the Tables menu, select Hide Gridlines. If
they are borders, place the selection in the table and then hold down the Ctrl and the Alt keys and press u. -- Hope this helps.
