Default mail merge a non tabled word doc

I have to send a copy of the court filing of a business
bankruptcy to at least 40 creditors on a regular basis.
The list is part of the court document with about 9 names
to a sheet of paper. It is non tabled. How would I mail
merge these names and addresses without having to create
a new table or a new excel sheet. Thank you
