I am considred a Wordperfect guru in my office. I am having to develop my WP
templates to Word. Problem is, I am having great difficulty. If you are familiar with how WordPerfect Tempaltes work, when you open a new template, it brings up a table of sorts to enter data that is then pasted into the form when you hit create. Can I get word to do this? or is there an easier way in Word to make this work. Some of my forms, the data is pasted in the header/footers because these are reports of various kinds with a standard format. Report number, date written, author are all stated on every page of the report. Also, I have what I call a multi user footer, so if someone else writes a portion of the report, emails that report, the footer is the only part that changes since the report number is the same. I have read books, but have not had formal training pretty much on the job training of Word. Thank you for any assistance you may have. |
