I use a database from access and the labels do not come into the merge

You don't give us very much to go on. Exactly what have you done? Step
by step. What version of the software are you using? See the article "Mailmerge Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm But, you might also consider using the label report wizard in Access.
