I need a pop-up box to prompt me for a response and the response is entered
into multiple locations within the document.

For example: a box pops up asking me for the "client's name". The answer I
type in the box must go into multiple locations within the same document.

I have attempted to use the "ASK" feature and then REF the bookmark
throughout the rest of the document, but it is not working for me. Maybe I
am not using it correctly? It does not prompt me for an Answer, and
therefore, the rest of my fields are not populated. Maybe this is not the
correct way to accomplish my task?
