I do a lot of copying and pasting making new documents. At times in the new
documents when I start typing after the part that has been pasted, the text is jerky and slow to appear on the page, also typing is actually slowed down by this. I do medical transcription and this is very annoying as it slows down my production. Sometimes if I return and have several blank lines in between where I am typing and the text below what I am typing it will go back to normal speed, but not always. What causes this? |

What are you pasting and from where? If from web pages, use edit paste
special unformatted text. Also if you are using Norton AV - turn off its offoice plug-in. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org grammy11 wrote: I do a lot of copying and pasting making new documents. I am pasting sentences and/or paragraphs from one Word document to new Word
documentr. For example, making new basic templates for new clients from an old template I had already made, and then customizing for the individual. I don't have Norton AV. Thanks "Graham Mayor" wrote: What are you pasting and from where? If from web pages, use edit paste special unformatted text.
