Default embedded file links

I am trying to set an embedded file link to a relative path (so I can move
the file sets to different machines), but the embedded file path seems to
only take the full path, not a relative path. If this is possible, can you
show a fomatted example, in case my edits to the code is not correct?

Hi ?B?Ym9vdGhndXk=?=,

It would help if YOU showed us the field code for your link? Some link types
(LINK fields) don't support relative paths. Others can (IncludeText,
IncludePicture).
