Default Can I automatically sort an updated table?

Each month, I create a daily "to do" list in a table format with columns
designating various entries such as Assigned Date, Action Date, Item,
Mileage, etc. My list is made in day-of-the-month order under the "Assigned
Date" column.

Oft times I need to go back and update/insert an item (such as
information/to record business mileage) that occured several days back ...
then I must manually highlight the "Assigned Date" column to re-sort the
table so that it appears in "day order". Is there a way to have this column
automatically sorted each time I make an entry?

Hi Jean

No, there's no way to do that automatically.

Hope this helps.

Instead of adding the item at the end of the table, why not just insert a
row at the appropriate place so that you don't have to resort?
