Default Where is the Customize Keyboard dialog in Word 2007's email editor

The Outlook MVPs directed me here. See previous thread:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...sloc=en-us&p=1

Synopsis: I'm using Word as the email editor for OL2007. (not sure why this
was surprising to them; it's been the default for several versions) I
created a macro. I want to bind it to a hotkey. Can't find the Customize
Keyboard dialog, formerly reachable via Tools - Customize - the "Keyboard"
button.

Hi ?B?UmljaGFyZCBCZXJn?=,

Can't find the Customize
Keyboard dialog, formerly reachable via Tools - Customize - the "Keyboard"
button.

The big round Office button. Word Options. Customize. There you should find a
"Keyboard" button.

Unfortunately that only works in Word proper, not in Word-as-email-editor.
Even if this allowed for global changes across Office (not sure about
this...), my Outlook macro doesn't appear in the dialog, so it's a dead end.

If you're trying to use an Outlook macro with the Outlook email interface, try
asking in the Outlook newsgroup. Currently, most of the regulars here don't
use Word as their email editor (although that may well change as things
migrate to Office 2007 - but I don't expect that will be very quick given how
buggy 2007 is...)
