This is a really strange problem I have three people hooked upto the same hp
laserjet 4300 printer. But for one person the printer never wants to collate
right. I have tried unistalling and re installing the printer, un installing
and re installing Office and nothing seems to be working the problem still
comes back. When you go file print the collate check box is checked off but
when you print it doesn't work you have to go back to the print box and un
check then check the collate box for it to work. Any help would be great
