how do I access the HELP facility
I have installed Word 2002 on my XP Home computer but cannot access any
"help" options. It just tries to go online and says "action cancelled, could not access internet" although I am on Broadband. It also says "click File and then Work Offline". I have no such option under the "file" tab. |

how do I access the HELP facility
The Work Offline option is on the File menu in Internet Explorer. It
seems as if there is a problem with your Internet connection. Do the following to prevent Word Help from trying to access the Internet: Click Help | Microsoft Word Help. In the task pane, click "Online Content Settings." Clear the "Show content and links from Microsoft Office Online" option. Click OK. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "cheddar-caveman" wrote in message ... I have installed Word 2002 on my XP Home computer but cannot access any "help" options.
