Using Word 2003, I have a document that is formatted so the page numbers are
set for the appendix. When switching printers or to PDF Writer,,,, the formatted page adjust lines: IE: for page 5 there are 5 lines for one printer in the last paragraph, 4 lines for another, 6 for the pdf writer... When I send this file to a college, their printer will be differnt again. How can I keep the document set and will not change when a different printer is selected? ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
