STYLE NOT USED
Hi,
Can anyone suggest a cause for the following? In a Word 2003 document, I click in text with an associated style. This style duly displays in the Styles and Formatting pane. However, right-clicking the style entry in the pane produces a menu that says "Select All: Not Currently Used". Why is Word telling me the style hasn't been used when it has? Thanks, |

What Word is saying is that you cannot use the Select All command
(which selects all instances of a style or a certain combination of formatting). For this command to be enabled, you have to check the "Keep track of formatting" option in Tools | Options, Edit tab. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Subligaria" wrote in message ...
