Default Why does my e-newsletter look pixelated when sent through e-mail?

I created some e-newsletters in word and when I sent to myself they looked
pixelated. I don't understand why once I following all the steps and
instructions on the Office Online.

I cannot guarantee you that anybody here can give you a solution. But
you need to include more information, like (at least): exact URL(s) on
Office Online that you followed; email tool and version you have been
using; version of Word.
