Default enlarging mail merge fields

I am using mail merge to populate "fact" sheets about accounts. The the
miscellaneous info for each account changes frequently. The source for my
mail merge is in Excel. I find that my misc info field gets cut off after
only 3 lines. Is there any way I can get all of the data from the Excel
field to print in my word document without being cut off?

Which version of Word?
