Hi,
I have a new computer which came without word. Have installed word 2003 (came as part of student teacher edition) and have been using it for a few months without problems. In the past few days, i'll be working on a document, try to save it, and as soon as i press save the program crashes. When i reopen the program it has lost the stuff i just did, and won't recover it with auto recovery. Went to microsoft site which indicated it might be to do with memory, but as the computer is fairly new, it has tons of memory left. I keep losing work I'm doing for uni, so would appreciate any help. Thanks. |
