Default mail merging postal bar code in Microsoft word

I am trying to figure out the merging process for information from Excell to
Microsoft Word with the final result being labels with postal bar code. I
dont understand the merge field with zip code and merge field with street
address. I dont know which item I should place in them. Also when I am
picking all items to merge (name, address, etc) there is also auto mail
merge. Should I click on it also.
Thank you for help.
Linda
