Default Numbering

When numbering work instructions in a document, I run into the following
problem:

Example: I have a document with instructions numbered 1-6, with photos
between each step. I want to add a line at the end, but when I click on the
numbers tab it starts the numbering at 1 again.

What do I need so that last step says 7?

Right-click the number and select 'Continue numbering'.
