Text form field in table-once protected how to "word wrap" without the "form"
moving down one line

Text form fields wrap naturally unless you have limited the size of the
field or the size of the cell. You can't make them wrap from one cell to the
next, though, if that's what you're asking.

text form field-once at the end of the row does "wrap" to the next line but
it also moves the entire form down one line-trying for that not to happen

Is the entire form in a table? Have you disabled auto resizing?
