Query will not display in Word
I have created a query in Access with the data I need for a mail merge. I
have run the query and the data displays in Access. When I browse to the database to create the mail merge the query I have created is not displayed. |

Query will not display in Word
I have the same problem but I have noticed that it is a parameter query. All
other queries show up -- Big Mac "Mauzer" wrote: I have created a query in Access with the data I need for a mail merge. I have run the query and the data displays in Access. When I browse to the database to create the mail merge the query I have created is not displayed. |

Query will not display in Word
You are correct that Word 2002/2003 do not "see" some query types such as
parameter queries. In most cases, the simplest workaround is to check Word Tools|Options|General|"Confirm conversion at open", then go through the connection process again and choose the DDE option when it is offered. You'll need to have a copy of Access on the machine where you're performing the merge to do that. Peter Jamieson "Big Mac" wrote in message ...
