Default Word 2003 - Labels from 45 Separate Letters

I want to create labels for the addresses for 45 letters - each a separate
file. How do I do that or do I have to have all the letters in the same Word
file?

You will need the *addresses* from each of the letters in a separate file.
If this was a merge use the merge data to create a label merge
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm . If they were
manually typed, you will have to cut and paste the addresses into a new
document and then format them as a data source - see
