Word 2003 - Labels from 45 Separate Letters
I want to create labels for the addresses for 45 letters - each a separate
file. How do I do that or do I have to have all the letters in the same Word file? |

Word 2003 - Labels from 45 Separate Letters
You will need the *addresses* from each of the letters in a separate file.
If this was a merge use the merge data to create a label merge http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm . If they were manually typed, you will have to cut and paste the addresses into a new document and then format them as a data source - see http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org oceanmist wrote: I want to create labels for the addresses for 45 letters - each a separate file.
