how to add item to table of contents
I know how to create a table of contents. I ma using a layout showing
articles and sections beneath the articles. However, i have items BEFORE the articles begin (Itroduction, Defined Terms, etc) which I would like to appear int the TOC. Any help would be appreciated. |

If the heading paragraph has been assigned an outline level (Format |
