Default Access and ZIP+4 mail merge

I need info on how to format the ZIP+4 so it will show up on the labels when
I go to print them. Using Word 2000 and Access 2000(database program). I
can get as far as viewing the labels but they show the zip code without the
"-". Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Either use the Format() function in Access to format the zip code or
