Mail Merge Buttons Not available
I am not to good with word, but I have a file that uses the access database
to mail merge in information. On the word document the mail merge buttons are shaded out and we are unable to merge the information in. Does anyone know how I can go about fixing this issue? If you need more information from me please let me know. Thanks |

Have you selected the type of mailmerge that is to be performed (formletter,
labels, envelopes, etc.), have you attached the datasource to the document and have you inserted mergefields in the document? If that does not point you in the right direction, what version of Word are you using? -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Welthey" wrote in message ...
