merge to xmas label template behaves strangely
xp pro/word 2003/ Christmas tree template/ 30 per page-avery 5160/
The template we downloaded seems to be formatted for a 3-line address block. Some records need 4 lines and these disrupt the formatting of the labels after it, including the graphic; the christams tree is crumpled. Also, no data merged into the center column of labels, which I could live with if the others were appropriately formatted. |

Don't use the Addressblock. Just enter the individual mergefields that you
want to use in the configuration that you want them. See the article "Mailmerge Labels with Word XP" on fellow MVP Graham Mayor's website at http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
