Duplicating Information in Forms
I have a form in word over four pages. At the top of each page, a reference
number is entered that is the same on all four pages. Is there a way to make word only require the user to enter it on the first page, and then duplicate it on the following pages automatically? |

Duplicating Information in Forms
See http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Repeating_Data.htm. Note that, while a REF
field is appropriate if the number is actually "at the top of the page" in the sense that it's at the top of the document body. If it's in the header, you'll need to use a StyleRef field instead, since REF fields don't update automatically in the headers/footers of protected documents. -- Suzanne S.
