PLEASE HELP, I'M NEEDING TO SET UP A FAQ DOCUMENT. HOW DO I FORMAT A WORD DOC

PLEASE HELP, I'M NEEDING TO SET UP A FAQ DOCUMENT. HOW DO I FORMAT A WORD DOC
TO CLINK ON A QUESTION AND HAVE IT DROP DOWN TO THE ANSWER?

One possibility would be to insert bookmarks at the answers, then create
hyperlinks to the bookmarks. Both commands to insert bookmarks and hyperlinks
are in the Insert menu.
