Default word, phrase search or tag sentences and paragrpahs

i have a 300 page word document that i would like to categorized concepts and
ideas. is there anyway to tag sentences or paragraphs with identifiers and
then do a search on the identifier, i.e. i would like to use tags like to use
single word tags like "macd" or mult-word tags like "gold bull market." I
would also like to give sentences and paragraphs multiple tags. is this a
concept that i can do in word or do i need to incorporate Access. thanks

Are you thinking that you would like to build an index of keywords? If so,
then yes you can tag your words and then generate an index in your document
which will identify the pages that your key words are located. See
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/formatting/Createindex.htm for a further
explanation.

If an index is not what you want, please further describe your desired
result.

Maybe you could use PRIVATE fields with the tags/identifiers, and write a
Find macro to jump to the next/previous paragraph (or sentence) containing a
certain tag/identifier.
If I have understood your requirements, that is ;-)
