dupelicate lables in word
When I create mailing lables in word 2k3 from an excel spreadsheet i get
several duplicates throught the document. They seem to be random duplications, since my datasource doesn't have any dupication. What is even more odd is i can take the same data source to my home PC running office 2k and the mail merge runs fine. I have tried the merge on several of the PC's in our office with the same result. We have recentlly upgraded our PC's from Windows 2k w/ office 2k to XP w/ office 2k3. These mail merges ran fine before the upgrade, hopefully someone has some suggestions... Thanks in advance, Michael |

Check to make sure that there are no missing Next Record fields in the
mailmerge main document. You need one before the first mailmerge field in all labels EXCEPT the first label on the sheet. -- Please respond to the Newsgroup for the benefit of others who may be interested.
