My MS Word 2002 has been running more and more slowly over the past several
months; the problem iis now reaching crisis proportions. It does everything
extremely slowly: It opens very slowly and closes slowly, it opens docs very
slowly, closes them slowly, and, if I have several docs open, it now even
moves between them very slowly.

My docs are not particularly large. I have not noticed this problem with any
other software.

Please help! How should I diagnose and fix this? (I am not
computer-illiterate, but am not a techie either.) Thanks.
