Default How can I prevent blank lines in a mail merge document?

Hi - in mail merge, I'm getting blank lines for those fields that are in the
main document but there is no correlating data in my source document. An
example of field codes in my main document a

{MERGEFIELD Job_Title}
{MERGEFIELD Company}
{MERGEFIELD Address_1}
(MERGEFIELD Address_2}
{MERGEFIELD Address_3}
(MERGEFIELD City}

So if my source doesn't have a "company" name, or 3 address lines, for a
particular record, then I get blank lines. Any ideas? I've read all of the
info on this in the Help feature, but I still don't get it.

One way that will fix it in all circumstances is to conditionally insert the
fields and the line breaks. Put all the fields on the same line and insert
breaks where they fall below:

{MERGEFIELD Job_Title}{IF{MERGEFIELD Company} "" "
{MERGEFIELD Company}"}{IF{MERGEFIELD Address1} "" "
{MERGEFIELD Address1}"}{IF{MERGEFIELD Address2} "" "
{MERGEFIELD Address2}"}{IF{MERGEFIELD Address3} "" "
{MERGEFIELD Address3}"}{IF{MERGEFIELD City} "" "
{MERGEFIELD City}"}
