Default How do I input an integral into word?

How do I increase the size of the integral symbol to match the equation
within the integral. Plus is it possible to have non-italics within equation
editor (I know that some symbols such as cos, sin etc automatically are
changed).

If you choose the appropriate integral template, the integral should resize
automatically. And you can change the style of the text to Text (rather than
Math, Variable, etc.) if you want it to be roman or freely formattable.

Hold down the Shift key as you click on the integral template.

editor (I know that some symbols such as cos, sin etc

In the Style menu, switch to Text style.
