Default Need a word dictionary

I would like to find some way to download words only into my custom dictionary.
Is there some site or does MS have a downloadable word or excel file that
contains only words?
Or as a .dic format.

The Custom.dic file is a text file, which you can open (through Word's
Options or in Notepad) and paste text into.
