Downloaded MS Office Professional 2007, verified, converted and Word still
not activated. Office Button has nothing activated but Open, Close.
Repeated the process and still cannot use any of the programs. Tried to
contact MS but the e-mail option for tech support on their website won't
accept my Product ID, therefore I cannot use the option. HELP!!

Hi Suzanne:

You've downloaded a Trial version. If you read the fine print, there is no
tech support for it.

There's also a Denial of Service attack affecting Microsoft at the moment:
that may be preventing you reaching the Activation Service.

All I can suggest is that you try again tomorrow.
