I have two email accounts in Outlook. If I start with a Word document which
I would like to email through MailMerge in Word, there is no where I can find
to select the email account that I wish. Please advise!

No, the situation seems to be that you have to set up your default Outlook
account/profile to be the one you want to use to send the emails, then do
the Mailmergge.
